Germany allows pets (dogs, cats, ferrets, etc) in without quarantine provided:

• the Rabies immunization is at least 30 days old
• the pet is microchipped for ease of identification
• and it is accompanied by the proper international health certificates.
• Should you plan to move more than five (5) pets to Germany, an import permit is required.
