Beware of pet and puppy adoption scams - Air Animal does not broker adoptions If you received an email or responded to an ad involving adoption of a puppy or other pet from Africa, Nigeria, Cameroon, Canada, the United Kingdom and other European countries, you may be dealing with a criminal who is operating scam that is becoming all too common. These criminal post adorable photos and advertise pet adoptions.

 

A good indicator of the scam is a request for money to be wired via Western Union in advance of an adoption. The scam artists have invoked the name of Air Animal and other reputable pet transportation services around the world in their fraudulent advertisements. Air Animal is not affiliated with these adoption schemes. If an adoption offer sounds too good to be true, that is likely the case. Be very careful when dealing with unknown vendors offering online adoption services!
