Now that Roxy is all settled into her new home in Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, I wanted to send you a proper thank you note that you will hopefully be able to share with your colleagues and even future clients on how wonderful you were throughout the entire process of relocating her from San Francisco all the way to Africa.
I will never forget when I first called you to inquire about the challenge of moving her to Kinshasa and you replied "not a problem I just moved a client to Brazzaville." I knew at that point that I was in good hands. You were wonderful at each step of the way making sure that we had all the information and reassuring me that Roxy would be OK throughout her long journey.
The fact that I never had to worry about any of the documents or the complicated process of getting approvals was such a relief. Finally, the updates that you provided me along the way while she was traveling were just so reassuring. Thank you for all of your invaluable service. We will be in touch with you next summer to coordinate our next move out of Africa.

"Once again Dr. Woolf and Colette, have done an excellent job transporting my Girls. They arrived on Wednesday evening, safe and sound. After a nice bath and a few hours of playing they had their first meal in 20 hours: chicken breast fed to them on a fork. Thursday morning feeding resumes as normal.
They are very happy to be home. As I am happy for them to be with me. Thank you all so much. Job well done. Everyone enjoy your weekend."

"By the way Air Animal is awesome! Cory Robinette went well above the call of duty to keep us informed and take care of all our needs every step of the way. From the initial steps all the way through final delivery, Cory was definitely on her game. We were a little reluctant to bring our dog (Daisy) with us, but after our experience with Cory I would not hesitate to take Daisy with us anywhere. I would most certainly recommend Air Animal, especially Cory, to any fellow traveler."

"Ellie Mae arrived safely in Lilongwe this afternoon. She was very happy to see her dad and did not appear traumatized. She sat happily in the car looking out the window. She explored her new yard, rolled on the grass, greeted all the people in her yard and at one point, accidentally fell into the pool. She had never been willing to swim before. Maybe you can teach an old dog new tricks! At last report, she was sound asleep beside Maitland, having given up on staring at him to get him to take her outside again. Thanks for your efforts in getting her here. I know it was not an easy case. I wish you and your family and staff a very happy holiday season."
