Thanks very much for the professional assistance and care provided to Bruno, who arrived in Nairobi in fine spirits on Friday night. Also, I wanted to send both Holly Acres and the VCA Animal hospital a note of thanks as well but cannot locate direct emails for either. If possible, please convey my sincere gratitude for the flexibility you all demonstrated to permit him to get to us safely after the initial snafu.

Sorry for the delay, but I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for helping us send Tarzan from San Diego here to Rhode Island. He made the trip very well, and was very comfortable at the Delmyra Kennels here in Rhode Island. He has quickly settled in, here in our new house, and is up to his old tricks (mostly sleeping, but occasionally bullying our dog).

Again, thanks to you and Air Animal, you made the transition very easy for us, even with some last minute changes. If we ever need to ship Tarzan again, we will definitely use Air Animal.

Good morning Cory!

I just wanted to write you a quick note and inform you of the outstanding job that Traci Bastien did getting my dog Comet over to the UK from the US. My vet recommended Air Animal last December and I had been working with Jeanette for a few months. By the end of May I had not heard from Jeanette regarding some of my e-mails and I started to worry since my dog was flying out in July. I immediately received an e-mail from Traci and I spoke with her on the phone and from that day on I was assured that my dog's well being was in the right hands.

Since working with her in May she has been extremely responsive and knowledgeable regarding all of the questions and issues that I have had. For the last 2 months I felt much better and had more faith with Air Animal since she took over Comet's travel arrangements. I am so grateful to her for working with my vet's office to make sure Comet arrived safely today in the UK.

I am extremely pleased with Air Animal and especially the fantastic service I received from Traci. I know she says this is her job, but she went above and beyond the last 2 months to ensure that Comet arrived here with no problems. Thank you for providing an excellent service to all the animal owners out there, we couldn't do it without you!

P.S. The driver was also very friendly and helped put my parents at ease when he left their home.

Happiness, joy, and absolute elation have arrived in the form of our beloved Buddy!!! He was a bit dazed when we first saw him, but he is wagging his tail and playing in the backyard with AJ.

It feels good to have the family all together again!

You handled precious cargo and we will always be grateful for how professionaly and lovingly you went about the procedures. Thank you so very much for holding our hands through this process. As an aside, we actually contacted one of your competitors first ), and after four attempts to contact them (one email request and three phone messages), we tried your organization.

We had our phone call answered on first attempt. Your email arrived promptly the next day, and your help and guidance through this has been very professional and very caring.

Ciao from Slovenia regarding Pen the Basenji. Muc h has been said regarding the Pens travails and somewhat unusual journey to Slovenia. But, in the end, none of the logistical and pragmatic aspects of Pen's departure and rather convoluted (by acts of nature) arrival would have been possible without Traci Bastien's constant attention and humane dedication to the safety and securtiy of her charge: the safe arrival of Pen.

We have now been in Hong Kong for two weeks (the dogs and I) and I wanted you to know how much I appreciated your help. The dogs' safety was the part of the trip I feared the most and they came through with flying colors. Ben acted as if he was wondering why I have not allowed him to do more international travel before. Louie, who is 9 and "gettting up there," was more phased, but still OK.

Thank you. I'm sure you have to deal with worried neurotic pet owners like me daily, but you guys did what you said you were going to and I/we are grateful.

Sorry to take so long to write to you. The boys arrived Thursday afternoon safe and sound. They are in fine shape and recognised us immediately, thank God. There were no problems anywhere along the way, so Roz and I want to thank you again for all of your hard work. We were really pleased with everything and would work with you again if the situtoin arises. If anyone we know wants to pet transport I will certainly recommend Air Animal. Yes, we did buy new toys for the boys.

I am writing to let you know how pleased we (my wife Debbie and I) are with the relocation of our pets (five of them) from Tokyo to Austin, Texas. We used Air Animal when we moved from the US to Singapore (in 2000) and again when we moved from Singapore to Tokyo (in 2008). This time, when we moved from Tokyo to Austin the move coordinator offered us the services of another company, we declined and chose Air Animal. Cory and Tomio-san coordinated the last two moves. Our pets are our children, one of our dogs is blind, deaf and diabetic, he needed special care so we were quite demanding.

From the word go, Cory and Tomio-san were on top of things, were very flexible and caring at every step. Cory was always available to speak to us and Tomio-san travelled from Yokohama to our home in Tokyo on her day off to ensure that our paperwork was in order. The coordination of pick-up, wait at the airport, boarding and the delivery to our home was flawless. All of our pets arrived in good health including our Barney who is blind and deaf. We are very grateful to you, Cory and Tomio-san. We are happy to be your reference any time.
