I want to thank you for coordinating Bella's move to Luxembourg. We were so concerned with how she would handle the transport and how she would be taken care of, but everything went as smoothly as you said it would. It was so hard the day she was leaving, but as soon as the gentlemen came to pick her up and I saw how great he was with Bella I knew everything was going to be fine. He took his time getting her loaded into the van and then just like you said she went right into the crate and laid down. She was quiet and calm and off she went to the airport. Although it seemed like an eternity waiting for her the next day when she arrived she was just hanging out in her crate in the back of the the truck. When she saw us she was so happy, she jumped out and came right into our new house. After she drank lots of water and checked everything out in the house she took a long nap. She hasn't looked back since, the climate is to her liking and there are so many dogs here she loves to go out for long walks.

I can't thank you enough for making her move so easy and for talking me through the process over and over again. Our family will be forever grateful to you!

I wanted to thank you for all that you have done to make Jess' transfer to Singapore a lot easier for us than we ever anticipated. As you know she arrived safely and Andy has been to visit her this weekend soon after her arrival.

As I write, I am at the airport awaiting my own flight to Singapore, eager to see her for myself on Wednesday when I arrive.

I would also like to mention to you that my vet, Dr Gilbert, passed comment on how easy the process of the health certificate was for him, as you had done all the paperwork and presented it in such an organized manner.

I wanted to write to let you know how very pleased I am with Air Animal! I was in such a frantic state not knowing how I would be able to have my beloved Dalmatian, Charlie, by my side...I just didn't know what to do or where to turn.

After a phone call to Beneva Animal Hospital in Sarasota, Air Animal came very highly recommended. I decided to give you a call, and the rest is, simply put, a wonderful and fulfilling memory!!! You handled all the details that I was just too stressed to handle, from flight itineraries, to crate sizes, to careful instructions on pet care before, during, and after delivery of Charlie...you handled everything in such a professional manner that I am forever grateful to you and to the entire staff at Air Animal!

I am still am so amazed that all of this was made possible! Charlie was literally picked up at my former residence, taken to the airport, and brought right to my doorstep by a most wonderful and caring young lady named Christina. Christina was so loving and caring that Charlie didn't want her to leave! She kept me informed during the day as to her wherabouts, reassured me that Charlie was doing just fine, and arrived to my home right on time even with all of the New York and New Jersey traffic coming out east onto Long Island on a Friday evening in June!!! That alone is a challenging task unto itself!!! That's when I knew how well cared for my Charlie was! I like to think that I know him very well, and I knew that by his attitude and behavior, even after such a long and involved trip ( I don't know if he has ever flown in an airplane before), that everyone treated him with kindness, love, and with professional and knowledgeable "pet care experience"! You guys really know your stuff!!!

I am so happy to report to you that Charlie is doing fine, and is adjusting to his new home very well!!! I followed all of your detailed and informative feeding instructions and have been gradually going back to his normal feeding regimen. Thanks to your expertise, Charlie was not "sick" once!!!

I just needed to let you and everyone at Air Animal know what a gift you all have given me...my Charlie is by my side safe and sound and happy!!!

Yes, we pick up Shanti on Sunday and we are all sooooo excited. Rebecca (my 11 year old daughter) and I are off to the pet shop after school today to get fully equipped for the big arrival. And yesterday I got a call from the Station as they were concerned that I would be upset that Mieko had put on weight (1 pound!) I told them that I was thrilled to hear it, given that normally under stress he doesn't eat at all. He must be happy enough; thankfully.

I will send you a snap off Shanti after he has settled into his new home.

Sorry for the late reply, we have just now made a decision on Noodle. Although it makes us very sad she’s going to stay with our parents in the States. We’ve determined that with our travel schedule (my wife needs to travel much more than we expected and my travel is 75% of my job) and the differences in China that she’ll have a better life in the US and on top of that my parents have grown quite attached to her.

I do want to say that Cory Robinette and the Air Animal Pet Services team are terrific. They have been great every step of the way for us and made us very comfortable if we had the pet move. It’s one thing I did not have to worry about as we agonized over this decision and taking forever to settle into Shanghai didn’t help with the timing. Again, I can’t say enough good things about Cory and I’m only sorry that we’re not taking full advantage of the service. I do want to ask if we can keep the crate? She loves it (as Cory said she would).

Sorry we haven't been able to get a mssg. to you since arriving, but we have not had the internet much here, just hit & miss, more miss, from the hotel we've been staying at.

We want to let you know how very excellently everything went! Tho the trip was long (17.5 hours from LAX - BKK alone, everything went so well. Wesley got to be onboard w/us the whole way here, no questions asked. We just had the right carrier is all they cared about in LA. Upon arrival in BKK there was a man to meet us with the final original permit when we deplaned as there was no time in BKK to go thru customs w/all pets & make our connecting flt. on to Chiang Mai. We were then called to make sure we were in receipt of it while still in BKK. Then upon arrival in Chiang Mai & after we'd gone thru customs w/pets, we were called again to make sure everything went alright.

We felt so looked after & Wesley & the cats all did so very well. We certainly want to thank you for all your help, guidance, & assistance in all our pets traveling needs here safely. We couldn't have done it without you & Air Animal.

We will always recommend you highly & remember to use you again in the future. Your service is of the utmost quality & experience & we thank you again most sincerely for all you've done to get our precious pets here safely with all proper documents in perfect order! ~

They arrived just fine last night, around 2a. They were pretty excited when they arrived and sniffed all over the place. We did keep the food and water to a minimum and they seem to be doing great!! They are pretty tired, but their overall personality is very normal for them. They seem to have travelled completely around the world without suffering any damage (mentally or physically) delivered healthy and happy, just as you promised!

Charlie spent the entire night exploring the new digs, and is probably napping while we are here at work. Duke and Max went for their first China walk this morning with Matt and did great!

Again, I cannot thank you enough for all that you did to help us out with this process. Your support both mentally and physically made all the difference.

I just wanted to write you a quick note and inform you of the outstanding job that Traci Bastien did getting my dog Comet over to the UK from the US. My vet recommended Air Animal last December and I had been working with Jeanette for a few months. By the end of May I had not heard from Jeanette regarding some of my e-mails and I started to worry since my dog was flying out in July. I immediately received an e-mail from Traci and I spoke with her on the phone and from that day on I was assured that my dog's well being was in the right hands.

Since working with her in May she has been extremely responsive and knowledgeable regarding all of the questions and issues that I have had. For the last 2 months I felt much better and had more faith with Air Animal since she took over Comet's travel arrangements. I am so grateful to her for working with my vet's office to make sure Comet arrived safely today in the UK.

I am extremely pleased with Air Animal and especially the fantastic service I received from Traci. I know she says this is her job, but she went above and beyond the last 2 months to ensure that Comet arrived here with no problems. We have now been in Hong Kong for two weeks (the dogs and I) and I wanted you to know how much I appreciated your help. The dogs' safety was the part of the trip I feared the most and they came through with flying colors. Ben acted as if he was wondering why I have not allowed him to do more international travel before. Louie, who is 9 and "gettting up there," was more phased, but still OK.

I am writing to let you know how pleased we (my wife Debbie and I) are with the relocation of our pets (five of them) from Tokyo to Austin, Texas. We used Air Animal when we moved from the US to Singapore (in 2000) and again when we moved from Singapore to Tokyo (in 2008). This time, when we moved from Tokyo to Austin the move coordinator offered us the services of another company, we declined and chose Air Animal. Cory and Tomio-san coordinated the last two moves. Our pets are our children, one of our dogs is blind, deaf and diabetic, he needed special care so we were quite demanding.

From the word go, Cory and Tomio-san were on top of things, were very flexible and caring at every step. Cory was always available to speak to us and Tomio-san travelled from Yokohama to our home in Tokyo on her day off to ensure that our paperwork was in order. The coordination of pick-up, wait at the airport, boarding and the delivery to our home was flawless. All of our pets arrived in good health including our Barney who is blind and deaf.
