Many pet relocations were put on hold during the pandemic creating pent-up demand. Airlines are slowly increasing the number of flights for passengers and their pets. We work with you to find the best and safest overseas relocation routes for your pet. Airline cancellations and delays happen every day. We appreciate your patience.
Your pet’s health and safety are our first concern. Two United States laws mandate airlines follow temperature restrictions protecting animal safety during transport. U.S. passenger airlines that transport pets overseas limit pet transportation in the Northern Hemisphere May through mid-September. Airlines based in other countries may also follow these policies. Generally, pets may travel air cargo only when the air temperature is between 45 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit (7 to 27 degrees Celsius) at origin, all transit points and destination.

Pet moves inside the Continental United States and into Canada use Air Animal’s nationwide network of trusted ground transport service partners. Air transport is not available at this time. Temperature controlled vans drive pets to their new U.S. homes or to departure airports for off-shore U.S. locations like Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Use our Let’s Talk request form by clicking the orange box on top of this page. It’s available 24/7. We assign your request to your pet move manager no later than the next business day. Your pet move manager immediately emails you telling you when to expect a follow-up email or call to continue the conversation about your move. That timeline is based on your move date and thoughtful consideration of your needs. If you don’t receive an email from your pet move manager on the next business day, please check your junk or spam folder. Be sure to add AirAnimal.com to your email allow-list. No need to call unless you’re unable to locate the email from your pet mover.
