Let’s Talk! Tell us more about your move. At Air Animal we don’t do automated cookie-cutter pet move pricing because we’ve found a conversational approach works so much better for our clients.
Many pet relocations were put on hold during the pandemic creating pent-up demand. Airlines are slowly increasing the number of flights for passengers and their pets. We work with you to find the best and safest overseas relocation routes for your pet. Last minute cancellations and flight changes without notice still persist due to airline staffing and aircraft availability. These situations are out of our control. We will try our best to assist and reschedule. Air Animal will not compensate or reimburse for expenses when such situations arise. We appreciate your patience.
Your pet’s health and safety are our first concern. Two United States laws mandate airlines follow temperature restrictions protecting animal safety during transport. U.S. passenger airlines that transport pets overseas limit pet transportation in the Northern Hemisphere May through mid-September. Airlines based in other countries may also follow these policies. Generally, pets may travel air cargo only when the air temperature is between 45 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit (7 to 27 degrees Celsius) at origin, all transit points and destination.
Before completing an online request, please review our international pet move pricing. Use the dropdown fields to find average bundled prices for the most popular relocation destinations as well as the service levels available for that country.
Pet moves inside the Continental United States and into Canada use Air Animal’s nationwide network of trusted ground transport service partners. Temperature controlled vans drive pets to their new U.S. homes or to departure airports for off-shore U.S. locations. Air transport is available from some major airports and for the off-shore leg of relocations to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the USVI. Guam is only open to military PCS. See our average bundled domestic pricing for more information about U.S. moves and ground transport options.
Use our online request form. It’s available 24/7. Please allow us several business days to review your request and assign a pet move or pet health certificate manager. You will receive an email, text or Calendly request from that person with next steps when assigned.
Be sure to add AirAnimal.com to your email allow-list. No need to call unless you’re unable to locate the email from your pet mover. If you choose to call and if you submitted an online request, please leave your name, phone number, email address, and estimated move date. We respond to phone calls in a timely manner based upon the move date you share with us.
